API Limitations

• Service availability depends on API providers and may experience interruptions
• Data availability is limited to what each platform provides through their APIs
• API rate limits may affect the frequency of data updates

Posting and Automation

Posting and automation features are disabled by default. These features will only be enabled after explicit approval from the respective platform provider and with user consent. Zarco Systems does not automatically post, modify, or delete content without explicit user action.

User Responsibilities

Users are responsible for:

• Maintaining compliance with all connected platform terms of service
• Ensuring authorized use of connected accounts
• Not using the service for illegal activities or policy violations
• Safeguarding their account credentials and access

Content Ownership

Users retain full ownership of their content. Zarco Systems does not claim any ownership rights to content created, uploaded, or distributed through connected platforms.

Zarco Systems is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or officially connected to TikTok, Google, YouTube, Meta, Instagram, or any other third-party platform. All platform names, logos, and trademarks are the property of their respective owners.

Limitation of Liability

The service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, either express or implied. Zarco Systems:

• Does not guarantee virality, follower growth, or monetization outcomes
• Is not responsible for platform algorithm changes or performance fluctuations
• Is not liable for actions taken by third-party platforms on user accounts
• Does not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service

Account Termination

Users may revoke access and terminate their use of Zarco Systems at any time through their connected platform's security settings. Zarco Systems may suspend or terminate access if misuse, abuse, or policy violations occur.

Modifications

Zarco Systems reserves the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Service may also be modified or discontinued at any time. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

Governing Law
